POLICIES

• Room rates based on double occupancy. Third person in room where allowable, $25.00 per day more.
• Two night minimum stay.
• For a reservation of three nights or less, the entire amount is requested at the time of reservation.
• A deposit of 50 percent is required on all advance reservations of 4 nights or more. Balance is due upon arrival. No checks accepted on arrival.
• Rates subject to change without notice except for confirmed reservations.
• NO refunds on late arrivals or early departures.
• >Deposit must be received within 7 days after reservation is made. Otherwise it is canceled.
• MasterCard, Visa, and Amex accepted
• Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the day of arrival in order to assure a refund minus a 15% service charge.
